Allo ! My name is Eliot (he/him/lui) and I am in my U3 of Environment (environmetrics)! I have the honour of serving as the President of SUS this year, which means I get to oversee and provide support to everyone in SUS, from my Executive Committee, to departments, and to all BSc. and BA.&Sc. students. I also have a role of advocacy within the Faculty and the University, which means you can frequently find me in meetings with pretty much anyone at McGill. In my off time, my favourite things to do are to play music, write songs, play Volleyball (Go SUSspikes!!), cook, and to watch independent films. Hi everyone! My name is Ishita, and I'm really stoked to be returning to the SUS this year as your VP Academic! My job consists of running a few academic-related events, advocating for your academic concerns, and disseminating helpful resources. Outside of SUS, I'm a U3 Anatomy and Cell Biology student from Mississauga, which is just outside Toronto (yay Drake). I enjoy dancing, going on walks and reading books! Hey everyone! My name is Victor and I'm this year's SUS VP Internal, which means I'm responsible for the social events of the society! I oversee the lovely committees that plan some of your fan favourites, like Frosh, Science Games, Grad Ball, and the amazing Science Internal Committee events. Outside of SUS, I study neuroscience, do cognitive research, and discover new restaurants and cafés! So excited to see you all at some of these great events this year!

Hey science students! I'm Hadrien (He/Him), I study computer science, and I'm your VP External this year! I'm originally from France and I've lived in the U.S. for the last 8 years. As VP External, I oversee our Sponsorships committee, all of the SUS Clubs and Services, and our After Hours committee which plans student bonding events (so keep an eye out for those!). Outside of class and SUS, I'm big into climbing, footy, running, and guitar. Feel free to stop by my OH to discuss any ideas or questions that come up. I'm looking forward to this year!

Hello hello! My name is Ryan (he/him), and I’m this year’s VP Communications! This means I’m in charge of all our social media and communication channels, including our weekly listserv, alongside our photographers, graphic designers, translators, public relations committee, and our constitutional affairs committee. If you ever have a question or aren’t sure who to go to, please reach out and I can help point you in the right direction. Outside of the SUS, I love listening to music and going to concerts, swimming, cooking, reading, running, and thrifting. If you see me on campus, chances are I’ll be wearing my headphones, but I’m always happy to talk, especially at my office hours. Can’t wait for an amazing year!

Hi team! My name’s Laura and I’m in U2 Neuroscience. I’m so stoked to be serving as the VP Finance for SUS this year! My role is to oversee the financial operations of the SUS and each of its departments. I also manage our four funds that are available to Science and ArtSci students, departments, and clubs and services. Aside from the spreadsheets, I love camping in the summer and skiing in the winter. I spend my free time playing my guitar, grabbing a Montreal bagel, and visiting cafés in search of the perfect mocha. I usually have my headphones on, but I’m always happy to chat - reach out or drop by the SUS office!

VP Sustainability

Hi everyone! My name is Hannah, and I'm very excited to serve as your VP Sustainability for the SUS this year. I am here to ensure our organization's operations are sustainable and to support their ongoing advancement, both socially and environmentally. I oversee the Mental Health Committee, SUS Environment Committee, Social Sustainability, and Charity Week Committees. I’m looking forward to working on numerous initiatives through these groups, collaborating with our lovely departmental associations, and implementing various policies to accelerate change within our faculty. Aside from SUS, I am a U2 Microbiology and Immunology student from the GTA. When I'm not in Burnside or the lab, you can find me playing music, caring for my plants, or bixiing around town. Please feel free to reach out or swing by my office hours (Mon 4-6pm) to chat about all things science, share random facts, or to discuss any sustainability concerns or ideas you may have!

Hi everyone! I am Lara Kasem (she/her) and I am super excited to be your Executive Administrator for this academic year! I am from Dubai, UAE. During my time as EA, I’ll be overseeing much of the administrative work within SUS, including General Council (GC) and General Assembly (GA), office management, and equipment/room bookings. When I’m not busy with classes or SUS, I enjoy performing at different events on my Kanun (a traditional Arabic instrument). Salut! I'm Sofie (elle/she/her), a U3 Anatomy & Cell Biology student, and I'm your Science Senator. My role is to represent your academic/university affairs needs and interests at the McGill University Senate. I'm also here to help you navigate the McGill administration, the faculty of Science, or student life! This year, I'll be working to improve Student Services, First Year student support, amending University Academic and Safety policies, and much more! Outside of school, I lift heavy things, love a bouncy-tech track, and try not to kill my plants. Stop by my office hours to chat! Community representation and servant leadership are my passions, so I cannot wait to show you guys what I have planned for my role! In my free time, you can find me at The Neuro or the Montreal General Hospital, in the kitchen trying out new recipes, or at Love Competition Hall playing badminton!

Hi everyone!! I am Khalil, and super excited to be one of your Science Representatives to SSMU for this year! I am also French from Paris where I did most of my education but I lived in Vancouver for about 4 years, and I am in my u2 year in Computer Science and Biology!!
