Report on Salary Equity in Tenured Positions
There are no significant differences between the salaries of men and women tenure-track and tenured, once controlling for certain variables that affect salary and after omitting the 95th+ percentile salaries.
There are no systemic inequities in the salaries of tenure-track and tenured academic staff who self-identify as persons who are racialized, Indigenous, disabled, or of minority sexual orientation/gender identity, once controlling for key variables that affect salary (same as above)
Although no systemic salary inequities exist (outside the gender-based ones in the 95th), the University can take measures to try to mitigate the inequitable impact of some of the aforementioned variables.
